Mateer Burt Neotron, Model 3820, single head, stepper driven auger filler. Equipped with a 20" diameter x 20" deep stainless steel product hopper with bolt down dust cover, 7" OD product in feed chute and 93" long x 2½" wide chain conveyor with vibrator, Bimba indexing and containment glove box over filling station for connection to dust collection. Control panel has touch pad controls with digital readout, vibrator speed dial, conveyor speed dial and push button start / stop controls. Mounted on heavy duty base frame. Speed dependant on materials, application and machine configuration.
