Back to All EquipmentMcbrady, Model 200, 48" OD rotary chamber, inverted, air cleaner. Rated up to 130 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and diameter of container. 304 stainless steel and FDA approved plastics construction. Container size range: per application and is capable of handling plastic and glass bottles or metal containers with proper change parts. Equipped with 96" long x 4½" wide container conveyor, 48" OD cleaning chamber with container slots and direct tube injection with individual nozzles and vacuum which draws dust out of containers, 5 micron and .01-micron air filter assembly with regulator and solenoid, air ionizing kit and has easy tool-less changeover which requires only interchanging of parts, no adjustments. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with touch pad controls, machine start and conveyor control dials with vacuuum pressure, clutch limit and air pressure alarms with reset botton and A/B VFD variable speed controllers with e-stop. Mounted on stainless steel frame with lexan guarding and leveling legs.
