Back to All EquipmentMurzan Model PI-50, Sanitary, stainless steel, 55 gallon drum unloader with number of drums per hour – depending on materials, application and operatory dexterity. Equipped with Model DUS7IM4X4 stainless steel double diaphragm pump with (2) pneumatic cylinders with approx. 52" stroke and 4" OD sanitary piping reduced to 3" OD and has 22" stainless steel follower plate. Oil free air valve, roller conveyor and drum centering section. Capable of handling drums made of metal, plastic or fiber with, or without liners and able to handle viscosities up to 150,000 centipoise and solids up to 6". Mounted on stainless steel frame. CIP capable with optional adaptor. Meets most FDA, USDA and 3-A standards.
