Back to All EquipmentAdco, Model AFCX-35-2-EC, Automatic, stainless steel, dual head, tray former. Rated up to 35 cycles per minute with number of trays – depending on materials and application. Tray size range: 3" to 17" in Length; 3" to 16 in Width; ¾" to 4½" in Height each head. Equipped with 70" long (1) chain lugged tray conveyor set on 22" centers and has 1½" long x 2" high lugs, dual 24" long blank tray magazines, dual vacuum suction cup recipicating pick-in-place, mechanical forming plungers, no tray / no form photo eyes with Nordson hot melt glue unit and has an on board vacuum system. Control panel has A/B Micrologix controller with run, jog, carton pick, head select, glue guns and speed control dials with drive start, stop and e-stop push buttons with statis light. Mounted on stainless steel frame with leveling legs and interlock safety guarding.
