Rated up to 250 containers per minute depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Label head speed: up to 90m/min. Reel size: up to 355mm diameter x 200mm high. Label size from 15mm to 480mm long. Equipped with a 4½” wide x 180″ long conveyor through labeler, dual worm screw into star wheel indexing, 10 plate rotary table set on 9¼” centers, (2) M90 SX 200 label heads and star wheel discharge. Control panel has PLC with a touch screen HMI.
