Carton size range: Per application. Equipped with (3) chains adjustable, set on 7" centers with 2" wide x 2-1/2" high lugs. 384" long product in feed conveyor with 5" long x 3-1/2" wide x 11" deep fixed product buckets, 70" long, single belt, automatic blank carton magazine with (4) head rotary pick n place, barrel cam loader, overhead product confiner, no product / no carton detector, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system, with major and minor flap closers and 36" long side belt compression and discharge conveyor. Control panel has A/B PLC controller and A/B panelview controls with operator interface, start, stop, reset and e-stop push buttons with statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty welded steel base frame with leveling legs and safety guarding.
