Carton size range: 5¼” to 11¼” in length, 6″ to 12″ in width, 7″ to 15″ in depth. Is capable of pack configurations of 2×2 up to 5×6. Equipped with 75″ long x 30″ wide powered low level carton magazine with an infeed height of 12″ and 42″ long x 30″ wide powered inclined carton magazine, rotary blank carton pick n place, 4 chain lugged carton conveyor set on 12″ centers, top lugged squaring chain set on 6″ centers, 174″ long x 24″ wide product infeed conveyor with 32″ infeed height, (6) 2½” wide lane dividers, 40″ diameter final loading wheel with (18) push arms, (2) 54″ long x 3½” wide side compression belts, (2) 30″ long side belt transfer discharge with 34″ ground clearance, Nordson H/M. Control panel with AB PLC and touchscreen HMI.
