Back to All EquipmentSavage Brothers, Model S-21, natural gas fired, copper kettle cooker and mixer with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configurations. Equipped with cast iron convection natural gas fired burner with 130,000 BTU capacity, single action scrape surface agitation with (4) 3½" long x 3½" wide scrapers. Currently has 24" ID x 16¾" Deep, 26 gallon capacity copper mixing bowl with lift off cover. PLC with HMI touch screen controls, agitation, power and alarm on / off switches. Mounted on heavy duty base frame.
