Adco Model 15D105EC, semi-automatic, horizontal, hot melt glue cartoner. Carton size range: 1" to 13" in Length; 3/4" to 4" in Width; 4" to 13" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 15" centers, with 1-3/4" wide x 4" high lugs. 42" long carton magazine, with (2) head rotary vacuum pick and place, top carton hold down rail, 108" long hand loading area, Nordson hot melt glue system, flap tuckers and Seko gauges. A/B PLC controller and operator controls with vacuum and control on / off switches, start, stop and e-stop push button controls with foot pedal jog. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with interlock safety guarding, casters and leveling legs. Speed dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.
