Back to All EquipmentPerma San Model 305JOVS, 305 gallon, 304 stainless steel, dimple jacketed tank. Vessel dimensions: 36" ID x 45" straight wall. Flat top with 1/2 flip-up cover and side mounted prop agitation. Half side and full bottom dimple jacket rated for 55 psi @ 300 Deg F with (1) 2" OD threaded side and (1) 2" OD threaded bottom jacket ports. Slant bottom has 1-1/2" sanitary side bottom discharge with Ladish valve and 7" floor clearance. Mounted on (3) hip in socket legs with casters. UL Rated and National Board Number # 2102.
