Tanney, Model 510-280, automatic, continuous, wraparound, tuck cartoner, rated from 80 to 280 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. (1) chain fixed unit set on 12" centers. Equipped with 2½" wide x 118" long product in feed conveyor with single 36" long product worm screws, 10" wide x 64" long powered (3) belt blank carton magazine, (4) head rotary pic-n-place, 3¼" wide x 62" long overhead conveyor with rotary tuckers, product clamp assembly with wrap plow closers, 72" long secondary lugged side chain indexing conveyor and 3¾" wide x 22" long product discharge belt conveyor. Control panel has push button controls for start / stop / jam reset and control switches for jog / run, manual / auto, vacuum on / off. Includes variable speed controls.
