Equipped with a 48" long carton magazines, 4 head rotary vacuum pick and places, fixed bucket conveyor set on 2" centers, Syntron vibratory product feeders, 8 head rotary volumetric filler, excess product collection system, Nordson hot melt glue system, top compression carton closing section, air blast carton discharge with 12" chute. Additionally features PLC system, A/B digital readout, Powerflex touchpad controller, Omaron rotary positioner, and interlocking Lexan safety guarding. Mounted on stainless steel frame with height adjustable legs.
