Back to All EquipmentTwelve head rotary aluminum capper rated from 120 to 300 vials per minute – speeds depending on materials and application. Cap size range: 13mm to 20mm. Vial size ranges: 1/2" to 2-1/8" in Diameter; 1-1/8" to 6" in Height. Equipped with a 20" diameter cap feeder, chain belt in feed, star wheel in feed/discharge, photo eyes, E-stop. Additional features include hand crank height adjustment, guarding, operator ladder and operator inspection table. Mounted on a mild steel frame with stainless steel cladding. Change parts required to accommodate size ranges.
