Container size range: 1oz to 1 gallon and capable of orienting round, square, rectangular, oval, tapered and f-style containers with proper change parts. Equipped with floor level 38" long x 58" wide x 24" deep stainless steel feed hopper with 52" long vertical travel and 96" long horizontal travel x 17" wide incline cleated feeder belt with 3" high cleats on 12" centers, 60" OD sorting bowl with a non scuffing nylon face, (3) spring loaded 1¼" wide belts: 18" long transfer belt, 48" long spacing / orientation belt and 32" long discharge belts. Control panel has variable speed dials, start and e-stop push button controls. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with lexan safety guarding.
