Equipped with a dimpled vibratory feed hopper with 31″ long x 31″ wide x 16″ deep hopper, 10¾” wide x 27½” long bed with 4″ high side walls and 19″ discharge height. Bucket elevator with white plastic product buckets with inside dimensions of 15″ long x 4½” wide x 4″ deep, 36″ long horizontal floor run with a 17″ long load area, 18″ feed height, 124″ vertical lift with 18½” wide frame, 65″ overhead horizontal top run with 8″ diameter discharge funnel with a 123″ discharge height. 14 head combination scale capable of up to 140 weighs per minute from 14g to 2700g with an accuracy of ± 0.1grams. 8-station, pre-made pouch filler and sealer, equipped with 52″ long automatic (2) belt pre-made pouch magazine, reciprocating suction cup pic-n-place, 8 stations for pouch loading, hot stamp date coder, zipper open, bag open, bag filling, spare station, pouch heat sealing, pouch cooling and discharge, with 43″ long x 12″ wide discharge belt conveyor.
