Rated from 50 to 250 on 100 count bottles per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 7½" wide x 230" long delrin belt conveyor, (48) 39" long x 1¾" wide slats, 70" long dual timing screw, dual lane funnels with (20) funnels per lane for total of (40) ¾"ID funnels set on 2" centers. Swing arm control panel has pull to start / push to stop for counter and conveyor. On / off switches for feeder, bottle, index, conveyor, vibratory bottom, slat shacker, front and rear gate. Variable speed controller and digital slat / container counter. Mounted on heavy duty base frame.
