Kalish Model "SWIFTPACK" Automatic, dual, 12 track, 6 tray counter for packaging of tablets, caplets or soft and hard capsules rated from 10 to 60 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Tablet diameter range: 2.5mm to 22mm but can go to 25mm. Container size range: 25mm to 100mm in diameter x 40mm to 200 mm in height, both with proper change parts. 316 stainless steel contact parts and sanitary design reduces any chance of cross contamination. Equipped with dual lift-off hoppers and hopper troughs, primary and secondary feed vibrators, sealed electronic counting heads and product gate assemblies. Currently set with dual 12 track with 3 trays each double dump indexing system. 25′ long x 7-1/2" wide plastic delron conveyor with 36" in feed / discharge height. Microprocessor controls eliminates miscounts, with count, batch size, bottle indexing, product scan time, pre-count and speed set back are memorized for instant recall on up to 100 products.
