Full case palletizers are designed to take in full cases of product and to place these cases of product onto a pallet. Full case palletizers are designed to create multiple layers of cases on the pallet. Full case palletizers can be either low-level or high-level palletizers. Full case palletizer can also be designed with options such as automatic pallet dispensers or automatic slip-sheet feeders. (These options are usually stand alone modules that can be added to the basic palletizer.) Slip-sheets are used to separate layers of full cases. (Normally cases are stable enough not to necessitate slip sheets.)
High-level palletizers take in full cases at a high level. The cases are collated to form a complete pallet layer and are transferred onto the top of the pallet. The high-level palletizer then lowers the pallet to ready the pallet for the next layer of full cases. Low-level palletizers, or floor-level palletizers, are designed to take in full cases at floor level. The cases are oriented to form a single layer. The single layer of cases is then raised to the top of the pallet and transferred onto the top of the pallet.
Top Tier, Model TT-L20, Low level, full case pallatizer with internal stretch wrapper rated from 2 to 10 cases and 1 to 3 layers per minute, with number of pallets – depending on materials and application. Case size range: 6" to 24" in either dimension, layer weights of 300 pounds and finished pallet up to 80" high. Equipped with empty pallet dispenser with (12) pallet capacity. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with touchscreen controls and panel view, programable up to 50 different patterns and stored with quick changeover capability between patterns, columns, or interlocked stacks, with new pattern programming and contact safety monitoring with orientation and layer former, pallet loading section with pusher bar, product in feed and pallet discharge roller conveyor sections with intergrated inner stretch wrapper, cage style safety guarding and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
Columbia Model FL100, Low level, full case palletizer rated from 5 to 12 cases per minute – depending on materials and application. Case size range: up to 22" in Length; 16" in Width; 18" in Height. Load capacity: up to 48" in Length; 48" in Width; and 65" in Height with skid. Weight capacity: up to 600 lbs per tier; and 3000 lbs per load. Equipped with 12 capacity empty pallet magazine that accommodates pallets from 40" x 40" to 48" x 48", with powered roller case in feed conveyor, orientation and layer former, pallet loading section with pusher bar and discharge conveyor. Control panel has A/B PLC and safety guarding.

Currie, Model LLP 21, Low level, case palletizer rated from 5 to 15 cases per minute – depending materials, application and pack pattern. Case size range: 6" to 24" in Length; 4" to 24" in Width; 3" to 14" in Height with load size up to 50" long x 50" wide x 72" High, 4,000 lbs per load capacity. Equipped with pallet dispenser and has 46" wide x 52" deep x 60" high empty pallet magazine, (2) belt spacing and case turning conveyor, with 30" wide row forming conveyor and 52" long x 1½" high row pusher, 62" x 48" stripper plate, slip sheet feeder, 46" wide stripping plate, dual 50" long layer centering guides, 52" wide x 50" long empty pallet staging roller conveyor, 52" wide x 60" long pallet discharge conveyor. Whallon, Model HP600, High level case palletizer. rated from 10 to 50 trays or 20 to75 cases per minute – depending on material and application. can handle 40" x 48" size pallets with a maximum pallet height of 72". Equipped with 72" high pallet load station, 316" long pallet staging conveyor with gating, pattern stacking station and 120" long (2) zone discharge conveyor. Cases or trays are brought in on 15" wide x 82" long spacing / metering conveyor, with dual 18" wide x 52" long V-shape orientation roller conveyor to 67" wide x 88" long laner conveyor. Pack patterns accumulate on (2) 60" long flexlink conveyors; first section centers the pattern and the second is gated for next layer. Pneumatic pushers tighten the pattern before layer drops through bombay doors. Control panel has A/B controller with touch screen and auto / manual control switches with start / e-stop push button controls and statis light bar with access ladder and top platform with safety railings.

Alvey Model 600, Low level, case palletizer rated from 5 to 15 cases per minute – depending on materials and application. Case size range: 6 to 24" in Length; 4 to 24" in Width; 3 to 18" in Height and maximum load size: 52" in Length 52" in Width; 67" in Height. Maximum load capcity of 500 lb per layer and 1500 lbs per pallet. Equipped with dual 36" long x 36" wide roller accumulation and row forming powered chain conveyors, case turner, pusher bars, empty pallet dispenser for 40" x 48" pallets, 120" long x 56" wide pallet roller discharge and accumuilation conveyor. Control panel has PLC controller with remote panel view and machine start, e-stop push buttons, machine jog, manual, auto mode and hoist down, auto up control switches. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
