Full case palletizers are designed to take in full cases of product and to place these cases of product onto a pallet. Full case palletizers are designed to create multiple layers of cases on the pallet. Full case palletizers can be either low-level or high-level palletizers. Full case palletizer can also be designed with options such as automatic pallet dispensers or automatic slip-sheet feeders. (These options are usually stand alone modules that can be added to the basic palletizer.) Slip-sheets are used to separate layers of full cases. (Normally cases are stable enough not to necessitate slip sheets.)
High-level palletizers take in full cases at a high level. The cases are collated to form a complete pallet layer and are transferred onto the top of the pallet. The high-level palletizer then lowers the pallet to ready the pallet for the next layer of full cases. Low-level palletizers, or floor-level palletizers, are designed to take in full cases at floor level. The cases are oriented to form a single layer. The single layer of cases is then raised to the top of the pallet and transferred onto the top of the pallet.
Arpac, Model ARBOT 1000, (4) axes, servo driven, articulated, rotary joint, pic-n-place robotic arm palletizing system. Rated from 10 to 45 pallets per hour with number of product – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and pack pattern. Capable of moving product from floor level up to 119" in height, rated up to maximum pick-up weight of 418 lbs. Equipped with Yaskawa PL190 robotic arm, suction cup vacuum with fork pic-n-place head mounted on robotic arm with 124" maximum horizontal reach and vacuum pump. (2) 50" wide x 48" deep x 64" high, (1) 52" wide x 60" long powered roller conveyor load zone, 18" wide x 60" long product picking conveyor, (2) 45" wide x 52" long slip sheet holders and cage style safety guarding. Control panel with touch screen HMI.
Alvey, Model 942, High level, high speed, full case palletizer. Rated up to 160 cases per minute – depending on materials and application. Load size: 40" in Length; 48" in Width; up to 91" in Height. Maximum 500 lbs per layer and up to 4000 lbs per load. Equipped with pallet dispenser, 22" wide case infeed belt, spacer belt, meter belt, long slat divider, bump turner, layer forming area, accumulation area and hoist area. Control panel has AB PLC and touch screen HMI. Mounted on heavy duty frame.

Currie, Model LLP 21, Low level, case palletizer rated from 5 to 10 cases per minute and number of pallets per hour – depending materials, application and pack pattern. Case size range: 6" to 24" in Length; 4" to 24" in Width; 3" to 14" in Height with load size up to 50" long x 50" wide x 72" High, 4,000 lbs per load capacity. Equipped with pallet dispenser and has 46" wide x 52" deep x 60" high empty pallet magazine with (2) belt spacing and case turning conveyors with 30" wide row forming conveyor and 52" long x 1½" high row pusher, 62" x 48" stripper plate, slip sheet feeder, 46" wide stripping plate, dual 50" long layer centering guides, 52" wide x 50" long empty pallet staging roller conveyor, 52" wide x 60" long pallet discharge conveyor. Control panel has AB PLC, with AB Panel View 1000 touch screen controller and round wire guard panels to safely view machine operation. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
