Sifter equipment includes a variety of separation equipment for the removal of specific sizes of particles or material for classification to size.Sifter equipment can be used for a number of separation processes. A sifter can perform the separation of products by difference in physical size of the material (in dry mixtures), as well as the separation of solids in liquid suspensions. Sifter equipment can be either vertical, horizontal or a combination of both with the induction of air or other liquids to facilitate increased separation efficiency and productivity.
Custom Advanced, 24" diameter, separation vibratory sifter. Volumes per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with (4) 24" OD x 4½" High stainless steel seperation sections and (3) screens (change part per application). Each deck has 8" long discharge spout with 6" OD discharge port. Discharge ground clearances; 32" / 27" / 23" / 19". Top cover has 6" OD center product port and (1) 4" OD inspection ports with plugs. Mounted on vibratory pedestal style base.

Top cover has 8" OD center product port and (2) 6" OD inspection ports with plugs. Mounted on vibratory pedestal style base.

Rotex, Model R3431SAN SSSL, stainless steel, single deck vibratory sifter with lbs of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 86" long x 35" wide stainless steel sanitary sifting chamber, with 20 ft² of screen surface area, 2 Hp motor drive, stainless steel cover with quick release clamps, (1) 8" OD and (2) 10" OD top ports, ball-style self-cleaning system, has 8” diameter center bottom discharge with 5” of floor clearance and 8” OD bottom re-circulation discharge.

Kason, Model MO-3BRG-SS, continuous, stainless steel, centrifugal sifter with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 32" Long x 16" OD sifting chamber with 20" Long x 12" Wide side hinged bolt down acess door and 24" OD x 10" slant wall x 14" bottom flanged product hopper with 1/2" bolts on 5" centers 16" OD front hinged, bolt down, access door with interlock safety guarding, paddle and screw product feed, with 1 HP rotary airlock bottom with 3" OD discharge for undersize product connected to a 10 hp blower and end 5" OD discharge for oversize product with 46" floor clearance. Mounted on stainless steel (4) leg frame. Ideal for scalping, de-agglomerating, classifying and conditioning of product down to a specific uniform size.

Kason, Model K30-1-SS, 30" diameter, vibratory stainless steel sifter / sieve with volumes of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with (1) 30" ID x 6" high top deck, (1) 30" OD x 6" High stainless steel separation deck, 1 screen (change part per application) and ultrasonic vibrator. Top deck has 7½" OD discharge port with 23" ground clearance. Bottom deck has 8" diameter discharge with ground clearance of 4". Mounted on bulk bag / super sack flow control base.

Equipped with 88" long x 44" wide x 8" deep sifting chamber, with 26.8 ft² of screen surface area, 1½ Hp motor drive, top cover with quick release clamps, (1) 10 " OD top port, ball-style self-cleaning system, has 6” center bottom discharge with 10” of floor clearance and 10” diameter bottom re-circulation discharge.

Kemutec, Model K65C, stainless steel, centrifugal sifter. Equipped with 6" OD product in feed port, 18" OD chamber with 10" ID x 24" Long hygenic sifting screen with a screen area of 744 in², hinged oversize end door with 6" OD discharge and 10" OD bottom discharge chute with 30" floor clearance and has 3 Hp motor drive with safety guarding. Mounted on (4) leg base with casters. Ideal for de-agglomerate, scalp or classify product down to a uniform size. Rates dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.
