A sifter can perform the separation of products by difference in physical size of the material (in dry mixtures), as well as the separation of solids in liquid suspensions. Sifter equipment can be either vertical, horizontal or a combination of both with the induction of air or other liquids to facilitate increased separation efficiency and productivity.
Gump, Model CP-43, 48" diameter, stainless steel, inline sifter / screener. Operating pressure: 13 psig. Equipped with (3) 10" top inlets, bolt down cover, pressure release valve and 24" long x 24" wide x 21" deep product feed funnel. (3) self cleaning screens and (2) 5" diameter side bottom discharges and 7½ Hp motor drive. Mounted on heavy duty base frame.

Gump, Model CP-43, 48" diameter, stainless steel, inline sifter/ screener. Operating pressure: 13 psig. Equipped with a 6" top center inlet, bolt down cover, pressure release valve, (3) self cleaning screens and (2) 6" diameter side bottom discharges.

KeK Gardner Model K300C, cantilever shaft design, centrifugal sifter rated from 3 to 5 tons of product per hour – depending on materials, application and screen size. Stainless steel contact parts. Equipped with 20" long x 9" ID chamber with screen (change part per application) 9" ID front swing open access door with interlock safety switch and 26" long x 3" OD removable screw. Top 12" long x 9" wide bolt down access door with interlock safety switch and 7" OD / 3-3/4" ID top flanged product port has (4) 1/2" bolt holes on 4" centers. 3-1/2" ID bottom oversize product discharge port with 25" floor clearence and 9" OD / 3-1/2" ID flanged fine dust powder discharge with (6) 1/2" bolts sent on 4" centers and 20" floor clearence. Motor drive and e-stop. Mounted on "H" style base frame with Locking casters. Ideal for de-agglomerating, scalping, classifying and conditioning of product down to a uniform size.

Equipped with (2) 24" Diameter stainless steel decks and (1) screen (change part per application). Each deck has a 4" diameter discharge port. Top cover has 4" diameter center product port. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with safety guarding.

Azo Model DMZC-AL-150, continuous, portable, stainless steel, centrifugal sifter with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 18" in Length x 8" OD sifting chamber with 11" OD, 6¾" ID top product hopper flange with (8) 1-7/8" bolt holes on 4½" centers, top and front hinged bolt down acces doors with interlock safety switches, bottom 6½" OD , 6" ID bolted flange for dust collection, 19" in Length x 4" OD removeable hygenic sifting screen and scrape paddle. End bottom 6" ID discharge chute with 27" ground clearance. Control panel has on / off switch with high frequecy controller with 1 Hp motor drive. Mounted on a 4 leg stand with casters.

Powered by single 5 hp motor drive and has start, stop switch and e-stop button. Mounted on "H" style base frame. Ideal for scalping, de-agglomerating, classifying and conditioning of product down to a uniform size.
