A sifter can perform the separation of products by difference in physical size of the material (in dry mixtures), as well as the separation of solids in liquid suspensions. Sifter equipment can be either vertical, horizontal or a combination of both with the induction of air or other liquids to facilitate increased separation efficiency and productivity.
Kemutec, Model K65C, stainless steel, centrifugal sifter capable of doing from a few kgs to many tons of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 6" diameter product in feed port, 18" OD chamber with 10" OD x 24" long hygienic sifting screen with a screen area of 744 in², hinged oversize end door with 6" diameter discharge and 10" diameter bottom discharge chute with 30" floor clearance, 3 hp motor drive with safety guarding. Mounted on (4) leg base with casters. Ideal for de-agglomerate, scalp or classify product down to a uniform size.

Gump, Model CP-53, 66" diameter, stainless steel, inline sifter/ screener. Operating pressure: 13 psig. Equipped with a 8" top center inlet, bolt down cover, (3) self cleaning screens and (1) 6" diameter side bottom discharge and (1) 8" diameter bottom discharge.

Gump, Model CP-43, 48" diameter, stainless steel, inline sifter/ screener. Operating pressure: 13 psig. Equipped with a 6" top center inlet, bolt down cover, pressure release valve, (3) self cleaning screens and (2) 6" diameter side bottom discharges.

Equipped with 14" Long x 7" OD sifting chamber with 6-5/8" OD, 3-3/4" ID top flanged product hopper with (4) 3/8" bolt holes on 4" centers. Top and front hinged bolt down access doors with interlock safety switches, bottom 9" OD , 5" ID bolted flange for dust collection, 12" Long x 4-1/2" OD removable hygienic sifting screen and scrape paddles. End bottom 3" ID discharge chute with 22" floor clearance, 3/4 Hp motor drive has on / off switch with high frequency controller. Mounted on (4) leg base with casters.

Sweco, Model LS18S33P3WC, 18" diameter, single separation vibratory sifter. Volumes per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with (4) 18" Diameter x 3" High stainless steel seperation sections and 3 screens (change part per application). Each deck has a 6" long discharge spout with 3¼" diameter discharge port. Top cover has 4" diameter center product port and 3¾" diameter inspection port with plug. Mounted on vibratory pedestal style base.

Equipped with 54" wide x 96" long sift area with gyratory and reciprocating screening action, top scalping section has 3/4" x 3/4" top screen and 1/8" x 1/8" bottom screen, top cover, with quick release clamps and 19" ID funnel type product infeed with (2) 10" OD top cover access ports. 4" wide x 21" long end bottom and re-circulation discharge ports with 12” floor clearance, self cleaning ball system and 3 Hp V-Belt drive. Rotex, Model 111PS SSSL, stainless steel, single deck vibratory sifter separator with lbs of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with stainless steel sanitary sifting chamber with 32" long x 17" wide 3¾ ft² of screen surface area, stainless steel cover with quick release clamps and 15" x 22" lift off lexan cover, (1) 3½" diameter top charge port, ball-style self-cleaning system, has 3½” ID bottom (overs) discharge with 8” of floor clearance and 4" x 2¾” bottom (unders) discharge with 8" ground clearance. Mounted on (4) leg bolt down base frame.

Ideal for de-agglomerating, scalping, classifying and conditioning of product down to a uniform size. Mounted on painted base frame with locking casters.
