Fully automatic, left to right, 4-sided seal, continuous rotary motion, horizontal form / fill & seal machine capable of up to 160 packages per minute (40 cycles per minute, four at a time). Packages: (4" – 12")L x (1" – 4 1/2")W x up to 2"H. Features 120"L four lane "K" infeed conveyor with stainless steel slider bed and 3/8"W x 1"H pusher lugs on 11" centers, catch trays below infeed conveyor, two cross seals (first is straight, second is chevron style), 21 1/2"L x 12 1/2"W product outfeed conveyor, UV light above product outfeed. Equipped with Electrocam programable limit switch controller, E-stops, motor speed control, production counter, and controls for conveyor speed, conveyor time delay, outfeed conveyor speed (for shingling), first cross seal heaters (on / off), second cross seal heaters (on / off), first side seal heaters (on / off), and second cross seal heaters (on / off). Circle Model V12BUS5, automatic, vertical, form / fill / seal machine rated from 10 to 70 cycles per minute (5 pouches per cycle) – depending on materials and application. Pouches: 2-1/8" long minimum x 2" wide minimum. Has 12-3/4" wide horizontal sealing jaw, single roll film up to 25" wide, film registration, no-fold pad roll stock cut-off, five 3mL liquid injection pistons, quench seal jaws, air knife, 1-cup vacuum reciprocating pouch pick-off, E-stop, temperature controllers and barrier guarding. Mounted on 4 leg frame. Last running 2- 15/16" long x 2" wide pouch with no-fold pad.

Circle Packaging, Model H6X2Y, servo driven, horizontal, form, fill, seal machine rated from 10 to 60 cycles per minute with number of product – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 6" wide x 96" long (2) lane product in feed conveyor to overwrap machine with (2) lanes, 6" wide (2) lobe, cross / quench sealing bars with side sealers, puller wheels, slitters and knife cut-off. Film specs: up to 18" wide film roll on 3" OD core. Control panel has A/B controller with touch screen controls and digital display, ultra sonic cutters, side and cross seal heat controllers with push button start, stop and e-stop controls. Equipped with film slitter, registration, tension assist, film assist pull wheels, 2-up towelette inserter, liquid filling system, tear notch punch, (4) lobe horizontal cross seal arbors, side sealers, cross cut knife. Control panel with visual display. Film specifications: up to 16" in Width; up to 14" in diameter; 3" core. Mounted on height adjustable base frame.

Rated from 10 to 60 cycles per minute with number of product – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Film Specifications: up to 36" wide on 3" core. Equipped with 18" wide x 72" long transfer conveyor into sealing machine. Sealing head set with (15) lanes, (5/16") wide side seals, 18" wide (4) lobe end seal, tear notch station, slitters and knife cut off. Includes (2) stainless steel film roll carts. Control panel for the Circle has an AB controller and an AB PanelView 1000 touch screen display. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
