Pouch size range: Per application. Liquid fill range: Between 3cc and 10cc . Film roll dimensions: 16″ maximum diameter; 25″ maximum roll width; on a 3″ core. Towel roll dimensions: 40″ maximum diameter; 32″ maximum roll width; on a 3″ core. Equipped with (4) lane towel slitter, film roll tensioner, (4) 10 cc pistons, 12¾” wide seal jaws, 12¾” wide quench jaws, 12¾” wide cut off knife, film registration, 14″ wide x 72″ long take away conveyor with a 10″ infeed height and 28″ discharge height. Control panel with AB PLC and Panelview HMI.
