Lee Model 300-D9MT, 300 gallon, 316 stainless steel interior, 304 stainless steel exterior, 1/2 jacketed kettle with gallons of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 44" OD x 44" Deep mixing bowl, dual flip top covers, bridge mounted scrape surface pnuematic tilt out agitation, with (1) 4-5/8" OD and (2) 2" OD sanitary top ports. 1/2 jacket with MAWP of 90 psi @ 332 Deg F and MDMT -20 Deg F @ 90 psi with (2) 2-1/2" ID threaded jacket inlet / outlet ports. Dish bottom has 5" OD center bottom discharge with bottom ball valve and 21" ground clearance. Mounted on (3) stainless steel tubular legs. National Board # 8633 and UL Rated.

Equipped with a pneumatic Lightnin mixer with a 7" diameter 3 blade prop. Lift out bolt down cover with (4) 2"OD/1½"ID tri-clamp fittings and (1) 8¾" diameter manway with lift off lid. (2) 1" jacket inlets. Dish bottom equipped with a ball valve with 2"OD/1½"ID tri-clamp style discharge with 15" ground clearance. Unit mounted on (4) tubular legs and common base with locking casters.

Mounted on a stainless steel platform with casters.

Lee, Model 60D12T, 316 stainless steel jacketed kettle. Vessel Dimensions: 32" ID x 30" deep with a 15" straight wall. Equipped with a tilt out bridge mounted double motion scrape agitator powered by a 2 Hp drive with a variable speed gear box, high shear agitator powered by a 3 hp direct drive, 2½" OD / 2"ID tri-clamp style discharge with ball valve and 11½" ground clearance. Mounted on base frame with casters.
