Ohlson Packaging, combination weigh scale, filling system. Line consists of Olsen Model MHW-CW14-SSD dimpled bucket, combination weigh scale system with 14 head dimpled, stainless steel combination weigh scale system with 3 liter buckets and strain gauge load cells. Weight range from 10 to 3000 grams with accuracies of ± 0.5 grams. Product in feed funnel, with (14) vibratory linear dimpled feed pans to (14) dimpled feed buckets, to (14) dimpled weigh buckets and product collating discharge chutes. With stainless steel vertical bucket elevator and product hopper with stainless steel platform with safety rails and stairs. Speed dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.

Product in feed funnel, with (14) 11½" long vibratory linear dimpled feed pans to (14) 6" long x 4¾" wide x 9" deep dimpled feed buckets, to (14) 6" long x 4¾" wide x 9" deep dimpled weigh buckets and 10" wide x 30" long product collating discharge chutes. Control panel has Microprocessor and electronic control hardware with weigher base and remote-control unit with TFT color touch screen display and up to (100) product programs, battery backup memory and Model VB-1806-2LSS-D dimpled stainless steel vertical bucket elevator and SH-2SS-D product hopper with Model MHW-PF-SS stainless steel platform with safety rails and stairs.
