48 Valve rotary, 316 S/S, gravity pressure filler rated 80 to 420 cpm – depending on materials and application. Container size range: 1" to 4" in Diameter; 4-1/2" to 12" in Height. Equipped with 3/8" OD nozzles on 4 1/4" centers, worm screw to star wheel in-feed, star wheel discharge, centering bells, no container/no fill, and centrifugal pump for overflow return. Mounted on a S/S base.

U S Bottlers, Model RC-4-14, Stainless steel, (4) head, rotary chuck capper with cap feeder rated from 20 to 120 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Cap sizes up to 110mm and containers up to 6 litres (with proper change parts). Equipped with incline cleated waterfall style cap feeder has 65" long x 6" wide conveyor with ¾" high cleats set on 2" centers, Also has 72" long x 4" wide Delrin container in feed conveyor, with 32" long worm screw to star wheel infeed and discharge, (4) torque open air chucks set on 10" centers and capable of doing a variety of caps (with proper change parts) has top mounted lift jack for easy adjustment and access. Control panel has A/B controller with A/B panelview and A/B powerflex vari-speed controllers, with capper start, stop, reset and e-stop push buttons, door lock, bottle stop, belt tention, cap gate, cap chuck and supply air gauges. Mounted on stainless steel frame with safety door guarding and leveling legs.

Equipped with 70" long x 4½" wide product infeed conveyor, 24" long worm screw to star wheel infeed and discharge 60" OD turrett has 48 filling heads with 1" OD nozzles set on 5" centers with maximum container OD of 4" and overhead product feeding system, bottom up fill, no container / no fill and has product overflow. Mounted on stainless steel frame with safety guarding.

Maximum container size: up to 3¾" in Diameter; up to 11" in Height and capable of handling glass, plastic and metal containers all with proper change parts. Equipped with worm screw to star wheel in feed / discharge and 96" OD turett with 80 pressure gravity filling stations with 3/4" OD nozzles set on 4" centers and rotary chuck capper with star wheel in feed and discharge has 36" OD turett with 20 capping stations set on 4" centers. Control panel has AB controller and touch screen HMI. Mounted heavy duty stainlesss steel frame with interlock safety door guarding.

U S Bottlers Model TC-4-14, stainless steel, 4 head rotary chuck capper and feeder rated from 16 to 40 containers per minute – depending on materials and application Equipped with 201" long x 4-1/2" wide plastic delrin belt conveyor with worm screw in feed, cap feed chute and 16" OD rotary turret with top mounted motor drive and cone style cover and (4) pneumatic chucks, set on 10" centers with 84" long x 4-1/2" wide plastic delrin belt conveyor with star wheel discharge. Control panel has A/B controller and A/B Panel view with start, stop, reset, e-stop push button controls and statis light bar, with air chuck controls and gauges. Mounted on a stainless steel base frame with safety door guarding. Also astainless steel, cleated cap feeder has 32" wide x 38" long x 30" deep stainless steel cap hopper and 16" wide x 130" long belt conveyor with 1" high cleats set on 6" centers and 125" discharge height into the capper feed chute with top motor drive. Containers size range: up to 6" in OD x up to 6-1/2" in Height. Equipped with 68" long x 3-1/4" wide container conveyors, star wheel in feed and discharge, 36" OD turret currently has 12 precision torque air chuck capping heads set on 12" centers, with top turret drive, no bottle / no cap with turret safety guarding. Control panel has cap lift up, down and off switch, controls and line, chuck, sorter and chute air gauges. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame.
