Back to All EquipmentAdco Model 15D-105-IM, semi automatic, horizontal, continous motion, hot melt glue cartoner with number of cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1" to 9-1/2" in Length; 3/4" to 6" in Width; 4" to 12" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 12" centers, with 2-1/2" wide x 4-1/2" high lugs, 60" long automatic blank carton magazine, 2-head rotary vacuum pick n place, top carton confining rail, 96" long operator hand load section with a 12" wide x 144" long product infeed conveyor, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system with major and minor flap closers. Control panel has A/B controller with panel view and A/B Powerflex vari-speed controllers, Seko gauges, vacuum and glue on / off switches, conveyor speed control dial, start, stop and e-stop push buttons with vacuum pump, interlock safety guarding, status light and foot pedal jog. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters and leveling legs.
