Adco, Model 15D100-ES, Semi automatic, continous motion, horizontal, hot melt glue cartoner. with number cartons per minute – dependant on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1" to 13½" in Length; ¾" to 4" in Width; 4½" to 12" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjutable set on 15" centers with 2" high lugs,183" long x 10" wide product conveyor, 44" long automatic blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary vacuum suction cup pick and place, top carton hold down rail, 54" long operator loading area, Nordson hot melt glue system, carton flap closers, vacuum pump with interlock safety guarding. Control panel has AB CPU, with on / off controls, run, jog, vacuum, hopper, and glue switches with start, stop, e-stop push button controls, and conveyor speed control dial and hand held controller. Mounted on heavy duty frame with casters and height adjustable leveling legs.
