Adco, Model 15DBC105SS, Semi-automatic, continuous motion, horizontal, hot melt glue cartoner rated from 25 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1" to 9-1/2" in Length; 3/4" to 4" in Width 4 to 12" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 12" centers and has 3½" high lugs, with automatic 46" long belt blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary pic-n-place, with pre-break, no-product / no-carton, top carton hold down, barrel cam loader, Nordson hot melt glue unit and built in vacuum system. Control Panel has relay logic controller with machine, vacuum, speed, pattern control with jog / run, on / off switches and start, stop, e-stop push button controls and statis light. Mounted on heavy duty height adjustable frame with casters, leveling legs and interlock safety guarding.
