Axon, Model EZ-130, Automatic, tamper evident shrink neck bander or sleeve label applicator with Model EZ-48 shrink tunnel rated from 30 to 150 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. shrink bander sleeve label applicator equipped with photo eyes for machine activation, film registration, stepper drive film feed system, tamp band pusher, guillotine style cutter with durable and dependable (2) blade cutting system. Layflat: 18mm to 130mm. Container diameter: 10mm to 79mm. Film thickness 40 to 70 microns. Film specs: up to 15" OD roll on 4-7/8" OD core. Control panel with touch screen HMI controller with safety door gaurding and e-stop. Mounted on heavy duty frame.

Shrink tunnel has 12" high x 7½" wide aperature x 48" long chamber, digital heat controls and pneumatic tunnel lift. System mounted above 6" wide x 176" long stainless steel tabel top belt conveyor with spacing wheel and variable speed control. Mounted on (4) leg frame.
