Labeler Sleevers are machines which apply a stretch or shrink label to the body of a container or package. The stretch sleeve labeler pulls a sleeve label from a roll of tube stock. (The individual sleeve labels are either perforated between labels or are cut by the machine.) The stretch sleeve is stretched and pulled down around the container or package. The shrink sleeve labeler (a.k.a. fully body sleeve labeler) pulls a shrink sleeve around the container or package. The container or package then passes through a shrink tunnel to shrink the sleeve to the body of the container or package.

PDC, Model KRC184654, stainless steel hot air shrink tunnel. Equipped with 4-1/4" wide x 5" high x 46" long heat shrink chamber. A/B controller with single top mounted blower motor, temperature controller and E-stop. Mounted on KAL-200 auto-lift height adjustable stand.

Capable of handling a wide range of container types, shapes and sizes. Container size range: 2¼" to 9½" OD x up to 6½" Wide x 13½" High and film layflat size range 3" to 15" all with proper change parts. Film type and specs: Polyethlene, 2.0 to 3.0 ml with 10% stretch and no container / no label sensor. Control panel has A/B controller with 7" touch screen HMI and e-stop. Maximum operating temperature of 212° F and adjustable manifold for direct steam heat where needed with steam exhaust controlled by turn of a knob and steam pressure of 3 to 4 Kg/cm2 and 43 to 57 psi with cool water consumption of 200 litres or 80 gallons per hour and has stand alone steam generator. Both mounted on stainless steel frames with casters and leveling legs.
