Labeler Sleevers are machines which apply a stretch or shrink label to the body of a container or package. The stretch sleeve labeler pulls a sleeve label from a roll of tube stock. (The individual sleeve labels are either perforated between labels or are cut by the machine.) The stretch sleeve is stretched and pulled down around the container or package. The shrink sleeve labeler (a.k.a. fully body sleeve labeler) pulls a shrink sleeve around the container or package. The container or package then passes through a shrink tunnel to shrink the sleeve to the body of the container or package.

AFM Model LX-100 VD high speed, shrink sleever / neck bander with heat shrink tunnel rated from 40 to 100 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Sleever has layflat sleeve size range of: 40mm (1.6") to 170mm (6.8") wide; Film Thickness .034mm to 0.07mm with cut length of 40mm (1.6") to 200mm (8") and is capable of running most types of film and can handle both oval and round containers made of plastic, glass and metal. Equipped with single head bullet style mandrel, single blade centrifical cutting mechanism, perf wheel, film registration, label brush down device single roll unwind and tention controller, powered film unwind with single film reel and low film indicator light. Control panel has Panasonic / Delta controls, with SQ-53i TTO coder and mounting bracket operator interface, statis lite bar and interlocking safety guarding.
TRIpack Model HT-1, Dual over conveyor hot air shrink tunnels with 125mm (5") wide x 262.5mm (10.5") high aperature x 900mm (36") long shrink chamber. Independent and adjustable baffles for air flow direction. Control panel has heater on / off, temperature controller with digital read out and powered up / down controls with e-stop and is hand crank height adjustable to 44" high.All mounted over 208" long x 4-1/2 wide stainless steel delran product belt conveyor with motor drive and e-stop. All have stands with casters and leveling legs.

AMF WSN 300 3M, (2) zone, (4) tier steam heat shrink tunnel with 5" wide x 12" high aperature x 118" long steam shrink chamber with remote electric steam boiler. Maximum operating temperature of 212° F and adjustable manifold for direct steam heat where needed with steam exhaust controlled by turn of a knob and steam pressure of 3 to 4 Kg/cm2 and 43 to 57 psi with cool water consumption of 200 litres or 80 gallons per hour and has stand alone steam generator. Both mounted on stainless steel frames with casters and leveling legs.
