Krones Starmatic fully automatic 16 station spot front cold glue labeler with a Garantomtic neck band applicator capable of speeds from 100 to 330 LPM. Has mounting and drive for a back labeling head to be added if required. Equipped with a Krones label check unwind stand. Container size range maximum 2" -5"diameter. Label size range of 2 1/8 – 7 1/8".
OAD: 14’6" x 7′ x 7′.
Krones Model Supermatic, Automatic, (12) station, rotary, cold glue, front, back and neck labeler rated from 80 to 360 labels per minute – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 48" long x 4" wide in feed conveyor, worm screw to star wheel infeed, (12) station rotary turret set on 7" centers, front and neck label station, compression label brushes, back label station, compression brushes, Interlocking Lexan safety guarding, 48" long discharge conveyor. and remote control panel with A/B PLC and hand held controller. Mounted on heavy duty frame.

Krones Model Topmatic, Automatic 30 station rotary cold glue labeler rated from 80 to 400 labels per minute – depending on materials, application, environment and machine configuration. Equipped with 5" wide in feed conveyor, worm screw to star wheel in feed, (30) station rotary turret set on 7½" centers, (2) cold glue pre-cut label stations, compression label brushes, interlocking Lexan safety guarding and 5" wide discharge conveyor. Control panel has A/B PLC, with touch pad operator interface and visual display. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
