Krones Solomatic automatic, twenty station, rotary, cold glue, front and back labeler rated 100 to 500 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Container size range: 2" to 4" in Diameter; 5" to 13" in Height. Label size range: 2" to 7" in Height. Equipped with a 3.5" wide Delrin infeed conveyor with guide rails, worm screw to star wheel infeed, 48" rotary container table, 4" diameter container pedestals on 8" centers, cut and stack label magazines, two labeling stations with brush wipers, and star wheel discharge with compression section. Additionally features A/B PLC with touch pad controller and interlocking safety guarding. Mounted on height adjustable legs.

Equipped with 48" long x 4" wide in feed conveyor, worm screw to star wheel infeed, (12) station rotary turret set on 7" centers, front and neck label station, compression label brushes, back label station, compression brushes, Interlocking Lexan safety guarding, 48" long discharge conveyor. and remote control panel with A/B PLC and hand held controller. Mounted on heavy duty frame.

Equipped with 5" wide in feed conveyor, worm screw to star wheel in feed, (30) station rotary turret set on 7½" centers, (2) cold glue pre-cut label stations, compression label brushes, interlocking Lexan safety guarding and 5" wide discharge conveyor. Control panel has A/B PLC, with touch pad operator interface and visual display. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
