Krones Canmatic fully automatic, 12-head rotary, hot melt glue, wrap around labeler for pre-cut paper labels. Capable of speeds 50 to 240 containers per minute. Equipped with hot melt glue station, no container/no label, vertically and horizontally adjustable label magazine – 9500 label capacity. Additional features include a 130" product conveyor, worm screw and star wheel container transfer, barrier guarding and an AB plc.

Krones Starmatic fully automatic 16 station spot front cold glue labeler with a Garantomtic neck band applicator capable of speeds from 100 to 330 LPM. Has mounting and drive for a back labeling head to be added if required. Equipped with a Krones label check unwind stand. Container size range maximum 2" -5"diameter. Label size range of 2 1/8 – 7 1/8".
OAD: 14’6" x 7′ x 7′.
Krones Autocol 389 fully automatic pressure sensitive front and back labeler 50 to 350 cpm. Label size range: 1-6" in height; 1 – 10" in length. Equipped with 3-1/4" wide by 16′ long conveyor, worm screw in-feed, top hold down and dual side compression stations. Oversize label spools 16" diameter with a 3" core. All s/s construction.

Krones, Model 6000, Stainless steel, steam shrink tunnel with number of product per minute and hour – depending on materials and application. Capable of handling round, square, oval and other irregularly shaped containers. Equipped with (6) zone 4" wide x 10½" high x 236" long tunnel, with (15) steam control valves and guages, (12) sets of (20) steam nozzles individually controlled by shut off valves and (2) 6½" exhaust ports on top of the steam manifold. Mounted on stainless steel frame.

Krones, Model 4000, Stainless steel, steam shrink tunnel with number of product per minute and hour – depending on materials and application. Capable of handling round, square, oval and other irregularly shaped containers. Equipped with (4) zone, 4" wide x 10½" high aperature with 178" long tunnel, has (11) steam control valves and guages, (8) sets of (20) steam nozzles individually controlled by shut off valves and (1) 6½" exhaust port on top of the steam manifold. Mounted on stainless steel frame.

Krones, Model Rotina I, Automatic, inline, cold glue spot or wrap labeler rated from 25 to 100 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machines configuration. Container size range: 2” to 6-1/2"’ in Diameter; Minimum of 3-1/2" and upon request maximum in Height. Label size range: 2-1/2” to 14” in Length; 1/4 to 6" in Height. Equipped with 108" long x 4¼" wide stainless steel conveyor, worm screw in feed, pre-cut sheet stock label magazine, 6½" high glue wheel system with cold glue pump and 26" long x 4" high wrap station. Control panel has push button controls with e-stop. Mounted on base frame with height adjustable legs. Change parts required to accommodate different size ranges.

Krones Model 747-442 Autocol, Automatic, 30 station, stainless steel, rotary, front, back and neck pressure sensitive labeler rated from 30 to 800 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Container and label size range per application. Equipped with star wheel in feed and discharge with 2 or 3 labeling heads, label unwind stands for continuous operation of wraparound, three panel or spot label applications with no container / no label senser and (30) 5" OD pedastal container stations set on 5-1/2" centers with top hold down and brushes to wipe down labels, Label head can handle maximum label reel of 18" OD on 3" OD core. Control panel, has touch pad controller with panel view, start, stop, e-stop push buttons, statis light bar, safety guarding and hand held e-stop. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame.

Equipped with 24" long pre-cut label magazine, 164" long x 3¼" wide container conveyor with spacing wheel, (2) hot glue pod system for leading and trailing edge glue seams, wrap station and control panel. Mounted on (4) leg height adjustable frame.

Equipped with 48" long x 4" wide in feed conveyor, worm screw to star wheel infeed, (12) station rotary turret set on 7" centers, front and neck label station, compression label brushes, back label station, compression brushes, Interlocking Lexan safety guarding, 48" long discharge conveyor. and remote control panel with A/B PLC and hand held controller. Mounted on heavy duty frame.

Krones, Model Rotina II, automatic, inline, cold glue spot or wrap labeler. Rated from 50 to 135 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Container size range: 2” to 5¾"’ in Diameter; minimum of 3-1/8" in Height. Label size range: 2¼” to 11” in Length; ¼" to 9" in Height and capable of handling glass / plastic containers and metal cans with proper change parts. Equipped with 100" long x 4½" wide Delrin belt conveyor with adjustable guide rails, worm screw infeed, 19" long pre-cut label magazine, 9" high finger pick off and glue wheel, 28" long x 9" high wrap station, no container / no label with start, stop, and e-stop push button controls. Mounted on base frame with adjustable height legs.

Equipped with 5" wide in feed conveyor, worm screw to star wheel in feed, (30) station rotary turret set on 7½" centers, (2) cold glue pre-cut label stations, compression label brushes, interlocking Lexan safety guarding and 5" wide discharge conveyor. Control panel has A/B PLC, with touch pad operator interface and visual display. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
