TRIpack, Model HSA-405-WB, Automatic shrink sleever. Rated up to 500 products per minute – depending on materials and application Layflat sleeve size range: 40mm (1.6") to 400mm (16"). Cut length range: 30mm (1.2") to 330mm (13.2"). Product OD range of: 25mm (1") to 250mm (10") and capable of running most shrinkable films as PET, PETG, OPS, PLA, and PVC with proper change parts. Equipped with powered film assist assembly, zero tension web design, with loading and unwind station and has 19" maximum film OD with film gauge tolerance of 35 to70 microns (1.38 to 2.75 mil) and lay flat tolerance of (-0mm / +1mm). Mandrel / bullet design film delivery system with a multi-blade knife assembly and material out sensor, film tensioner, low film indicator, air knife and mechanical tamping. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with touch screen HMI operator interface, interlocking safety guarding and e-stops. Mounted on (4) leg frame with safey guarding, casters and leveling legs.
