Baker Perkins, Model 0.1 ft³ (¾ gallon) working capacity, jacketed, carbon steel, double arm, sigma blade mixer with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Inner mixing chamber dimensions: 5½" in Length; 7¼" in Width; 7" in Depth. Equipped with carbon steel contact parts, bolt down cover with pressure guage, 2 Hp motor drive, hand tilt with 30" discharge height and (3/8)" NPT connections for low pressure jacket. Mounted on a painted steel base frame with push button start / stop controls.
