Equipped with all stainless steel contact parts and has tilt style mixing chamber with internal bowl dimensions of 30" in Length; 27" in Width; 36" in Depth. 30" long x 1" OD inner (3) roller mixing bars with 1-1/2" od bars all on 2-1/2" shaft and single end 20 Hp motor drive. Control panel has touch pads and readout with mixer start, dough dump, up / down and start, jog, stops push button controls. Mounted heavy duty stainless steel base frame.
