Clybourn, Model CH5, Semi-Automatic, continuous motion, vertical, hot melt glue cartoner with number of cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Equipped with 64" long (2) chain powered blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary pic in place, fixed product buckets set on 5" centers, 60" long hand load area each side of machine with major and minor flap closures. Control panel has push button start and e-stop controls with carton pick, run, jog, on / off switches. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock safety guarding and statis light bar.
