Automatic intermittent motion, 2 station axis servo driven horizontal cartoner capable of speeds from 30 to 65 cpm – speeds depending on materials and application. Rotary four head carton placer has an extended 12′ carton feeding conveyor. Currently set with 7 1/2" centers for a carton size range: (length) 2 1/2" – 6" (width) 3/4" – 4" (depth) 4" – 12". Has AB SLC 5/04 plc controls with MMI digital display boom mounted and swings 360 deg. around machine with wonderware node and computer for same. Smart belt infeed to position random articles in position fo transfer ro the bucket infeed conveyor. Currently set up with Nordson 3100 glue system with exhaust hoods and duct work/hoses for fume/smoke exacuation. Has an 8′ L adjustable bucket infeed system (current buckets are 5 1/4") with complete inspection system that has no product no carton and open flap reject with reject station to remove any reject units onto a discharge conveyor. MGS Intermittent Pick n’ Place Leaflet placer available for additional cost. Equipped with Full wing style barrier guarding.
