Equipped with 98" long x 16" wide x 18" deep cooking chamber with (3) thermowells, flip top bolt down cover with 17" wide x 27½" long product charge, 11" diameter screw on 3" OD shaft powered by 10 hp drive, 1" NPT style steam inlet port with steam filter system, 8" x 2½" side end pneumatic product discharge with 20" floor clearance. Mounted on (8) leg base frame. Product is conveyed by the rotation of the screw.
