All stainless steel construction. Equipped with 48" OD x 148" Long drum, were the product can be blanched or cooked with built in CIP system and Hydro-Flow agitation, which keeps product suspended as it continuously moves thru the system for even, uniform cooking. Flip up, counter weight cover with (2) top steam vents and 24" long x 16" wide gravity fed in feed end product chute with 72" in feed height and 39" long x 15" wide end product discharge chute with 44" discharge height. 5" OD and 2" OD bottom sanitary piping with 5 Hp end motor drive and (2) stainless steel centrifugal pumps, one has 3" and 3-3/4" in feed / discharge ports and other one has 1-1/2" and 1-1/2" in feed / discharge ports. A K Robins Model AK72, rotary, hot water blancher, with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. 304 stainless steel contact parts. Equipped with 48" OD x 180" Long perforated drum, with 1/8" OD screen holes and (5) flip up access doors each side with end top in feed end product hopper and other end discharge chute with 79" discharge height. Both ends have 12" OD ports and various 2" and 2-1/2" OD threaded ports, with top, bottom and side hot water insulated piping with temperature guage up to 300 Deg F. and 3 Hp end motor drive. Mounted on heavy duty (6) leg steel frame.

Cleveland Model TCCT-120-CC, combination tumble chiller and cook tank with 750 lbs or 120 gallon capacity with pounds or gallons of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 42" wide x 72" long x 30" deep jacketed tank rated for 50 psi at -20 to 298 degrees F. 36" OD x 60" long electric driven perforated product cylinder; with baffles and access door with (2) hinged top covers and 2" end bottom discharge. Driven by 2 Hp gear motor with heat exchanger, pump and preset water levels with meat probe and water circulating pump. Control panel has programmable time / temperature controls with digital display. Electrical and plumbing enclosed in stainless steel housing. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs.

Equipped with 83" long x 34" wide x 21" deep chamber, pneumatic flip top bolt down cover with (1) 13" x 13", (1) 15" x 18" and (2) 8¾"OD / 7¾"ID product charges, (2) 16" diameter screws on 3" OD shafts powered by 20 hp drives, 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-clamp style steam inlet port with steam filter system, (2) 10½" x 3¾" side end product discharges to a 200 gallon, 316 stainless steel, stir pot. Vessel Dimensions: 72" diameter x 11" straight wall. Equipped with 96" long x 15" wide x 18" deep chamber, thermowell, flip top bolt down cover with a 15" wide x 18" long product charge, 11" diameter screw on 3" OD shaft powered by 20 hp drive, 2"OD / 1½"ID Tri-clamp style steam inlet port with steam filter system, 5" x 3" side end product discharge chute with 57" floor clearance. Mounted on (10) leg base frame. Product is conveyed by the rotation of the screw.
