Back to All EquipmentFederal, Model 21-8, Automatic, 21 head rotary, stainless steel, pressure gravity filler and 8 head rotary screw capper rated up to 200 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Equipped with star wheel in feed and discharge, 56" OD turrett has (21) filling heads with 1-1/4" OD fill nozzles, set on 8" centers with product holding tank. Rotary screw capper with 32" turrett and (8) press on capping heads set on 8" centers. Control panel has A/B PLC and controller with panelview touch pad controls and start, stop, e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel (4) leg platform style frame.
