Rated from 50 to 325 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Waterfall style capp sorter and feeder equipped with a 32" x 40" x 33" hopper, 17" wide belt with ½" high cleats on 2" centers. Filler equipped with 3¼" wide container conveyor, worm screw to star wheel in feed and discharge, (36) fill to level nozzles set on 3¾" centers, 10 head rotary capper with (10) chuck style cap heads set on 4½" centers and CIP nozzles / ring. Control panel has AB controls with a touch screen HMI.
