Fryma Model MZ110, stainless steel, toothed, colloid mill with production rates from 300 to 3000 Litres of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 17-1/2" ID x 19" Deep stainless steel, connical product hopper with 6" OD rotor / stator and 3" ID and 2-1/2" OD sanitary side ports, base motor drive. Mounted on 26" x 18" stainless steel base with casters.
Mill is capable of running in both batch operation with hopper or in continuous in-line processing system without the hopper. Used for homoginizing, dispersing, refining emulsifing liquid to highly vicous products such as mustard, creams, mayonnaise, peanut butter, omitments, toothpastes as well as household and chemical products.
