G & F, 150 gallon capacity, 316 stainless steel contact parts, 1/2 jacketed, double motion kettle with gallons of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Vessel bowl dimensions of 42" ID x 37" deep with #4 polish finish inside and outside with all welds ground flush, polished and buffed for food grade application. Equipped with bridge mounted dual motion 3 Hp scrape surface and 3 Hp secondary agitation with start, stop, e-stop push button controls and dual flip top covers. 1/2 jacket with MAWP of 90 psi @ 332 Deg F and MDMT of -20 Deg F @ 90 psi per ASME code and has (2) 1.5" NPT threaded jacket in / outlets ports (1) side and (1) bottom. Control panel has vari speed controller with start, stop, e-stop controls. Tri-Clover center bottom discharge with 12" floor clearance. Mounted on (3) stainless steel pipe style hip socket legs.
