Groen, 40 gallon capacity, Copper Interior , 304 stainless steel jacketed kettle. Vessel dimensions: 26" diameter x 25" deep with a 12" straight wall. Equipped with lift off covers, bridge mounted sweep agitator, 6" wide stationary baffle and 4" diameter bottom discharge with slide gate valve at 21" ground clearance.
