Back to All EquipmentKoch, Model PR99-11520-002, crossweb film labeler. Automatically applies pressure-sensitive labels perpendicular to the machine production flow across multiple lanes. Capable of running a maximum label of 20mm (0.78") to 150mm (5.9") wide x 20mm (0.78") to 400mm (15.74") long at speeds from 30 to 190 feet per minute with accuracies of ± 0.5mm – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Label roll specifications: 14" OD roll on 1½" core. Equipped with a super torque stepper drive, 6" wide wiper plate, 42" long (11) belt chassis, 36" long x 2½" wide tamping plate and allows for 24" of longitudinal travel. Includes a touch screen controller and is designed to be mounted on the discharge section of most packaging machines.
