Cotton size range: 2" to 7" in Length. Material weight: up to 26 grams per yard. Bottle Diameter range: 38mm to 115mm Bottle height range: 41mm to 228mm (with proper change parts). Equipped with 98" Long x 3¼" Wide delrin belt, adjustable guide rails, worm screw container indexing and is container height adjustable, with inverted "U" cotton inserter and knife cut-off. No cotton sensor eyes and air reject. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with touch screen HMI, statis light bar and e-stop. Mounted on stainless steel frame with safety guarding and leveling legs.
