Lakso, Model 300, Automatic, inline, stainless steel, (2) head, cotton inserter, rated up to 300 containers per minute,150 each head – depending on materials application and machine configuration. Inverted "U" technique has maximum cotton weight of 26 grams per yard with cut off length range of 2½" to 7" and capable of (1 insertion full speed or 2 insertions per bottle at ½ speed). Bottle size range: 38mm to 115mm in Diameter and 41mm to 228mm in height. Equipped with 4" wide x 80" long table top conveyor and has worm screw indexing, dual cotton inserting heads with safety door guarding. Control panel has variable speed controller with detect on / off, run / jog and power on switches with up / down and e-stop push button controls with digital readout and status light. Mounted on stainless steel frame with leveling legs.
