Back to All EquipmentLangen Model B1, Semi-automatic, horizontal, continuous motion, hand load, hot melt glue cartoner, rated from 15 to 80 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1-3/4" to 12" long x 3/4" to 6" wide x 3-3/4" to 14" deep. Equipped with blank carton magazine with rotary pick n place with carton hold down, set on 18" centers with 6′ long manual load area that can be tilted 0 to 30 degrees allowing for gravity assisted loading, Nordson hot melt glue system, carton discharge belts and vacuum pump. Mounted on painted "steelit" base frame with barrier guarding and leveling legs.
Includes a 12" wide x 144" long product conveyor with variable speed control.
