MGS Model RPP-42IT Top Sorter, automatic, stainless steel, 4 head rotary pick n place rated from 60 to 600 placements per minute – depending on materials, application and machines configeration. Product size range: 1" to 7" in Height x 1" to 12" in Width. Equipped with 42" long x 3/4" wide powered coupon magazine,and feed screw product timing indexer with self contained vacuum pump and pressure gauge, digicount counter and Nordson hot melt glue system. Control panel has A/B PLC with digital readout, vacuum, glue and mode on / off / bypass switches has start, stop and multiple e-stop push buttons with statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel frame with leveling legs and safety guarding. Container is timed in with a screw in feed and automatically pick leaflet from magazine and at the same time the glue is applied to the top of the container and the leaflet is placed on top of the glue.
